- Payment is due in full to secure your place. Payment is non-refundable due to costs going into hiring the hall
- Any classes you can’t attend will not be refunded
- Any classes cancelled by Petted Lugs due to unavoidable circumstances (ill health, bad weather etc) will be rescheduled
- Female dogs that come into heat cannot attend class until they have finished their season – no refund given for missed classes (1)
- I reserve the right to exclude your dog from class if I feel they are not coping in the class environment (2)
- I reserve the right to exclude you from class if you are disrespectful towards other members of the class/myself, or towards your dog (shouting, smacking, yanking on lead will not be tolerated)
- I will not be liable for any damage or injury caused to you or your dog at class
- I will not be liable for any damage to your vehicle whilst at class
1 - Female dogs can come into heat anytime from approx 6 months old which can last 2-4 weeks, so please be aware of this. Unfortunately they cannot attend class whilst in heat, as it can be very disruptive for the other dogs in the group. A refund cannot be issued. You are welcome to still attend the missed classes without your dog to watch the training techniques and you will still receive the notes.
2 - If your dog shows any signs of reactivity (growling, snapping, lunging, excessive barking) at other dogs/people then these classes are not suitable. Due to proximity in the hall they must be friendly and able to cope around others. Whilst I appreciate it is hard to know how some dogs will cope in a class environment, please contact me if you’re unsure about anything about your dog’s behaviour before booking as I may be able to assess if they will be the right fit for you and your dog.
